Don’t waste time in the kitchen, when you can devote it to leisure! The PowerBooster function can help you with that, as it increases the heating power, and allows you to prepare meals quicker. You can boil water in less than 3 minutes! Shorter cooking or frying time means less precious nutrients are lost in the process. Quick and healthy!
AutoBridge combines several individual heating zones into a single, large one. It simply senses how big a pot or pan is, then determines how many heating zones should be activated. The heating zone automatically resizes to match the pot. This improves both cooking efficiency and convenience. A very intuitive hob indeed!
Let’s choose an all-rounder hob that will fit any kitchen top and built-in range. The hob can be installed in any top from 12 mm of thickness, if a drawer is below the hob. The hob will fit kitchen tops from 28 mm of thickness above an Amica oven. And it can go with any kitchen top material. This makes kitchen design extremely flexible and fit-out choices easy, no matter what we like – the design style, or the space available at the kitchen.
Surely, it must’ve happened many times that you have used pots which did not fit the heating zone. Now the pot size and shape don’t matter! Contrary to other induction hobs on the market, the inductors in Amica appliances are not circular but rectangular which makes it possible to make full use of the hob’s surface. A larger heating surface means more possibilities!

Why experiment with the cooking temperature, and waste time, risking boiling the water over or burning the meal? Amica hobs feature a solution which allows you to quickly set the right temperature for your needs. 42⁰C is the ideal temperature for melting butter or chocolate. 70⁰C is for warming soups and sauces. 94⁰C is for cooking pasta and rice. Savour the convenience!
Place the pot on any zone, and the hob will detect the pan and activate the right sensor. You only need to set the heating level. It’s easy and convenient!
