Large 6.7 liter bowl made of polished stainless steel

Chef XL Titanium has been equipped with a practical, solid  bowl of stainless steel with a capacity of 6.7 l , which by its size eliminates the limitations in the amount of prepared ingredients. It was made of brushed stainless steel with a polished edge and equipped with comfortable handles. Its capacity will allow you to whip up to 16 proteins at the same time or knead almost 5 kg of dough. The bowl is also equipped with a practical scale that makes it easy to measure the desired amount of ingredients.

Innovative bowl illumination

To ensure 100% control over the prepared dish, Kenwood introduced an innovative solution, which is to illuminate the inside of the bowl, in the form of a wheel placed on the robot’s head. Thanks to this design, the efficient lamp clearly illuminates the entire bowl, allowing you to conveniently monitor the preparation process.

Flexible and adjustable agitators

Flexible agitator  – perfectly collects ingredients from the walls of the bowl, very useful, for example, when preparing creams based on butter and sugar or other masses sticking to the walls.
Stirrer for transfer  – irreplaceable when mixing creams, mousses and all kinds of cakes. Prevents the loss of fluffiness of the masses.

Thermoresist ™ glass blender included

Made of Thermoresist ™ glass  ,  resistant to high and low temperatures . Capacity up to  1.6l and 4-zone stainless steel blades . It is great for breaking ice. It allows you to go from mixing high temperature ingredients to frozen ingredients without fear of breakage and damage.
