How exactly does that work?

In the hot air fryer, food is prepared with the help of a hot, even air flow. This allows you to create crispy, low-calorie dishes with very little or no oil. The Steba HF 8000 FAMILY hot air fryer heats up to operating temperature in no time at all and thus consumes little energy. The temperature can be regulated from 80°C to 200°C.
